This session is specifically catered for riders who have not ridden on the velodrome before, but have good bike handling skills and would like to give it a go

The session is led by our experienced coach Paul, who is volunteering his time to local clubs. The beginner session is a fantastic and cost effective way to get into the velodrome if you would like to give it a go.

As the evenings get lighter and the sun starts to make more of an appearance in our sky, it would be rude not to start exploring the gravel tracks around the forest.

Phil Glasgow will be leading a ~45 Mile gravel tour as an alternative to our usual Sunday rides on the 15th March. We will meet in the usual spot at 9AM, but please be aware that the ride may take longer than a normal Sunday, due to the length and nature of the route (which will include a refreshment stop).

This year we are continuing our tradition, honouring a much loved member of the 3C family who lost her long battle with cancer last year.

on Sunday 29th September (8AM) 3C Riders will divert via Ian Sherin’s house and then continue the Sunday social ride to Cafe Velo, where we will pay our respects to the Sue Fryer memorial jersey, laugh, joke and trade stories to remember this great lady.

Please ensure this date is in your diary as its a fantastic ride, in honour of a lady who had a huge input in the clubs success.
